Nice texture but a bit bland

This cheesecake looked a lot better than it tasted - it was superbly presented and had a lovely texture but not a lot of flavour - I expected more Tim Tam taste - if you didn't know what had been ordered, you would never have been able to tell what it was by taste alone.
A big hit with the office!

I underestimated how much people would LOVE this cheesecake! Light, fluffy and not too sweet for those that don't love sweets.
I personally would have preferred a slightly more chocolatey taste but the cake was so popular that it was gone by the afternoon!
Would definitely order again.
